Please read these terms carefully before using Good Green Foundation. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Good Green Foundation platform ("Platform"), operated at goodgreenfoundation.org. By visiting the Platform, creating an account, launching a campaign, or making a donation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are unwilling to accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Using the Platform to create an account, start a campaign, or contribute to one requires that you be at least 18 years of age. Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 may browse public content with a parent or legal guardian present and actively supervising. By proceeding with any account-based activity, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement.
Certain platform features — including starting a campaign and tracking your donation history — require a registered account. When you create one, you take on the following responsibilities:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, engages in deceptive behavior, or harms the integrity of our community.
Good Green Foundation is built on transparency and genuine impact. Every campaign on our platform must uphold those values. By publishing a campaign, you confirm that:
Campaigns we will remove include those that promote illegal conduct, incite hatred or violence against any group, misrepresent the identity of beneficiaries, or serve primarily as a vehicle for personal enrichment under false pretenses. We act on violations promptly and without prior notice.
Contributions made through Good Green Foundation are direct voluntary gifts to campaign organizers. Before you give, please understand the following:
When we confirm that fraud has occurred, we may authorize refunds at our discretion. Report suspected fraud right away through our contact page so we can act quickly.
To keep Good Green Foundation a safe and trustworthy space for donors, organizers, and the communities they serve, the following behaviors are strictly off-limits:
The Good Green Foundation name, logo, visual identity, written content, and underlying software are owned by Good Green Foundation and protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from any of these assets without our explicit written consent is prohibited.
When you post content to the Platform — such as a campaign story, images, or updates — you retain ownership but grant Good Green Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, share, and promote that content in ways that support the Platform and its fundraising mission.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Good Green Foundation will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses — including lost donations, data loss, or reputational harm — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Good Green Foundation operates as a technology intermediary that connects donors with causes. We make no guarantees about the conduct or representations of individual campaign organizers, and we are not a party to the relationship between donors and the people they support.
We may limit, suspend, or permanently revoke your access to the Platform at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct that harms other users or the broader community, or acted in a way inconsistent with our community standards and values. Termination takes effect immediately and extinguishes all licenses granted to you under these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may revise these Terms to reflect platform improvements, new features, or changes in law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and — for significant changes — notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Platform following any revision signals your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
